Thai Yoga Therapy

SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapy is a comprehensive health and wellness system that supports and stimulates your body’s self-healing mechanisms to restore optimal health in your body, heart, and mind.

Sessions incorporate mindfulness practices, assisted yogic stretching, gentle rocking, acupressure point therapy, and rhythmic compression to all the major energy lines of the body to create a singular, healing experience.

Thai Yoga is the physical branch of Ayurvedic medicine and originates from the ancient medicinal practice of Chirothesia. "Chirothesia" literally translates to "led by the healing hands of God” and has a historical record of use in Thailand and India for over 2500 years. Through the sacred ritual of Chirothesia, the practitioner transmutes healing energy, awareness, consciousness, breath, and pressure to the recipient.
