Late & Cancellation Fees 
 

Please allow 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Email Mattie at mattie.bodywisdom@gmail.com to notify. Within or less than 24 hrs notice will require a full charge of the cancelled/missed session rate to your next session.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled session, your session will be cancelled and rescheduled for a later time. Cancellation fees apply.

Gift Certificates 
 

Single Session gift certificates are valid for 3 months from time of purchase. They are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another person than the intended recipient. Certificate recipients are responsible to reach out to book their session in time and will not receive notice of upcoming certificate expiration.
